As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve every day, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers and team members is our absolute priority. We care deeply about doing what we can to keep everyone safe during these unprecedented times.

We have temporary closed our Australian Witchery stores as of Sunday 29 March 2020 until further notice. Our online store will remain open for now. We encourage you to continue to be inspired and shop the latest pieces.

Delivery may take a little longer than usual. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your order.

Retail Stores

Opening Hours
With the safety of our customers and team in mind, some store operations have been affected. Our Australian Witchery stores are now closed due from Sunday 29 March 2020 until further notice. New Zealand Witchery stores are now closed as of Wednesday 25 March 2020 (11.59pm) until further notice.

Extended Returns
We're offering 60-day returns on all purchases for a limited time.

Supporting Our Teams
We are working closely with the teams affected by these closures and are exploring the best ways to offer our support in the coming weeks.


Online Orders
With the safety of our customers and team in mind, some online operations have been affected. For the time being, our Australian website is open and delivering standard orders. Our New Zealand website is now closed, as of Wednesday 25 March 2020 11.59pm until further notice. If you have an order in transit, unfortunately it will be cancelled and the order will be fully refunded to you. We will be in touch with you directly if this affects you.

Free Delivery over $50
All orders over $50 within Australia will be delivered for free, for a limited time.

Extended Returns
We’re offering 60-day returns on all purchases for a limited time.

Free Returns
As always, free returns are available on all Australian orders.

No Signature Required
Our delivery partner will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.

Click & Collect / Same Day Orders
We have suspended all new Click & Collect, Click & Collect Later and Same Day Delivery orders until further notice.

Witchery Rewards

We know your loyalty rewards may be affected by recent events. We appreciate the need for flexibility during this time and the importance of preserving the benefits that you’ve earned through your loyalty to us.

Extending Open Rewards until 31 July 2020
We’ll be extending your open rewards balance as of 20 March 2020 with a new longer expiry date of 31 July 2020. This includes reinstating rewards that may have already expired.

Extended Reward Expiry for 130 days
From 7 April 2020 and for a limited time, Program Rewards including $10 Reward when you spend $100-249, $35 Reward when you spend $250 or more, Reach $1000, Be Rewarded Reward, Birthday Reward, Tier Entry Reward and Anniversary Reward issued on or after the 7 April 2020 will have an expiry date of up to 130 days at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. The expiry date of each Reward will be communicated to you. Witchery reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without notice.
