    My Reward hasn't loaded onto my profile, why?

    Witchery Rewards can take up to 48 hours to appear on your profile. If this time has passed and your reward is still not visible on your profile, please contact us.

    Alternatively visit your nearest store with your Witchery Loyalty card and proof of purchase and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

    Where is my online order?

    Once you have confirmed your online order you will receive regular email updates on its progress via the email address you provided when you submitted your order.

    How do I track my online order?

    If your order is being delivered within Australia, it is sent via StarTrack couriers. The deliveries are registered and will require a signature. Your dispatch email will have your consignment number within. To track your order go to: and enter your consignment number.

    How do I select the right size?

    Please visit our size guide shown on each product page to find full information on our sizes. You can also call or visit your nearest store and our team will be happy to advise you.

    How do I find garment care information?

    For all of our online product, garment care is listed under the item description on each product page. All garments are also fitted with care labels to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry clean only, including embellished pieces and delicate fabrics, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner.

    Can I order other gift vouchers online?

    We currently offer do not sell gift vouchers online. If you would like to order one, please call your nearest store.

    Is GST included in my order?

    GST is included on all prices on our Australian website.

    Is your website secure?

    Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server. We might, on occasions, use this information to notify you of any important changes to our site or any special promotions that may be of interest to you. Under no circumstances, however, will Witchery sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals. We may, however, disclose your personal information to third party suppliers who assist in the delivery of services you have agreed to accept from Witchery, or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.

    How do you protect my credit card details?

    We take website and credit card security extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform from which to conduct online transactions.
