You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries but a requirement for Same Day deliveries. Orders with Same Day delivery cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery:
- Standard Delivery - If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.
- Same Day Delivery - Authority To Leave is a requirement for Same Day delivery, however if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is unable to be effected for any other reason, your parcel will be returned to us and Customer Service will contact you regarding your order.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
If there is an issue fulfilling your Same Day delivery order, you will be contacted via phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve your order, we reserve the right to convert your order to Standard delivery with Authority To Leave. In this case, the Same Day delivery freight charge will be refunded to you.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (“ATL”)
By selecting the box "Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out” during checkout you will be authorising us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery (“ATL delivery”). In doing so, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. Please note: Your parcel may not be delivered if the driver deems the nominated delivery address to be unsafe or not secure. The decision to complete delivery is at the driver’s discretion and will be carded to collect at your postal office. Our courier of choice in Australia is StarTrack.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. For further information regarding your split order, you can log into your account here, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view live status updates. Orders with Same Day delivery will not be split

CLICK & COLLECT
Our free Click & Collect service is available at most stand-alone Witchery stores near you. Simply pick and pay for your product via the website and within 8 business hours or 2-7 business days your order will be waiting for you. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready.
- Why are there two different time-frames for Click & Collect?
Items that are available for Click & Collect within 8 business hours are already in-stock in-store. Items that are available within 2-7 business days* are sent from our warehouse to your preferred store, free-of-charge, for you to then collect at your convenience.
* Please note that some orders for WA, NZ and regional areas, and orders placed during high volume promotional periods, may experience slight additional delays.
New Zealand online orders are dispatched from our New Zealand stores. This means faster delivery times, and that no customs charges will be incurred.
For the most up to date information on the status of your order, you can log into your account here, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view live status updates. When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. PLEASE NOTE: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive text message alerts regarding the delivery status of your order (AU only). If you do not wish to continue to receive these alerts, there will be an option to opt out. If at any time you wish to opt back into this service, please contact customer service.

Through our partnership with eShopWorld, International shoppers can opt to view product prices in their preferred local currency and guaranteed order totals including all applicable taxes and duties when checking out at www.witchery.com.
When you first visit www.witchery.com, you will be asked to confirm your preferred currency and delivery country. If at any time you wish to change these settings, you can choose from the dropdown within the top header of the site (NOTE: this will clear your shopping bag).
To shop, add items to your shopping bag, and click ‘Checkout Securely’ to check out. eShopWorld then calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including the $9.95 AUD flat shipping rate, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities in your destination country.

You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery.
